I had the rigatoni and meatballs, my husband had chicken parmesan. The portions were huge and very delicious! We will definitely be back again.

The food portions are huge but they do offer the option of splitting a plate with someone for an extra $3.00, which isn't a bad idea. The food is amazing, I mean wow!! Such amazing taste and freshness of ingredients! The service was incredible and the bartender knows how to make a mean John Daly.

Authentic NY italian cuisine and pizza. Highly recommended. Authentic thin/crisp NY style pies, pizza was perfectly timed in terms of being crisp but not overcooked. I visited for the first time today and the owner himself was there prepping, I was fortunate enough to sample the dry aged NY strip, perfectly marbled, perfectly cooked, perfect mid-rare temp, but still cooked through to have the perfect cutting consistency and form. Rivals the best steaks I've ever had. Coming from a person who's been in the business and worked some of the best steak houses in the DC metro area. Perfect for family dinner or date night. Atmosphere is clean and simple with class and a great wine list. High quality dry aged steaks and ingredients in general. Strongly recommend Nik's Neighborhood Italian Kitchen.

Good NY pizza and other Italian fare. Informal. Their full bar seems to be a waste of space and ABC licence because they close long before midnight. Friendly people. Staff could use some training.

The food and service was excellent. It is an outstanding restaurant. All of their food is good and their pizza is nothing short of stellar!

I am a New Yorker and have lived in this area for 20 years. My quest to find the best authentic italian food is over -- Niks is the place. Food is excellent (chicken Pam is out of this world) and the wait staff are stellar.

First of all, my twins come into this restaurant to eat on a regular basis. (They’re 14 and we live right down the street). They’re always treated well, the pizza is their favorite, and the staff is kind. Second, I came In Today to meet my kids for lunch. I had the steak and cheese sandwich with French fries. It was theeeee best sandwich I’ve had in Berryville, ever. This place is amazing. The food is delicious. The service was impeccable! Julia and Brandon took care of us and it was nothing less than stellar. Well worth the money. So fairly priced!!!

I have gotten pizza here 2 times and both time I have gotten a good pizza for a good price.

I have heard many horror stories about the owner but personally never had any issue with him not saying that some haven't.... The food was great service was good... been several times since and it has only gotten better

Great place great food. Portion control my only issue. Some days you get a lot of food, and some days just a smaller portion on the same dish.

Frank, the owner, uses the women’s bathroom and really blows it up every time he does. It’s actually disgusting, especially when you’ve been waiting to use it for a good 30 minutes. He isn’t very cleanly as I’ve seen him pick food off of the plates with his bare fingers and eat it before he sends it to the tables. I recommend staying home and making a blue apron meal instead of trusting frank with yours. Gross

Nice atmosphere. There was 2 of us and we ordered the same meal, it was on their specialty board. When our dinner Arrived, His meal was twice the size of my meal. He let the waitress know, she had the cook and the owner come and talk to us and made a special for me to take home. We may return . Food was excellent, And the problem of inaccuracy was taken care of Promptly. Home made Italian bread was excellent and abundant.

NICs' has by far the best authentic Italian food you can get anywhere around these parts. The owner is awesome, not to mention the food. A must go to place for Italian food!

Has to be the best restaurant in Berryville. The aged steaks are incredible. Great drinks, appetizers and salads. Homemade creamy spinach salad dressing (their house version of ranch) is superb. We will be back often! Great job Nik’s!!!

As a local we decided to try another neighborhood restaurant. Big mistake! Not kid friendly, very limited menu, and service was poor. Waited over 45 minutes for food.

Entres were good. Service a bit slow. Cheese cake was very good, but the cannoli while good, wasn't filled in the center.

Pizza is always excellent. Fries are hit or miss.

Very good local Italian and steak themes. Chicken marsala is no kidding the best I've ever had, most excellent. Portions are hearty to say the least, we usually get two meals out of one order. Recommended!

Great thin crust pizza.

Was very disappointed in the treatment of the staff by the manager. Was also disappointed to see the manager drinking in the kitchen while making an order, and even offering it to other cooks. Either the whole restaurant condones staff drinking whilst on the clock or they’re all okay with the manager dripping spittle in their food. We are certain this restaurant violates multiple health and safety codes. My wife and I will not be returning to say the least.

I had written a negative review earlier based on an isolated poor experience my partner and I had had, and we now want to delete it and replace it with a glowing review because of the respectful and honorable actions taken by the owner, Frank and his wife. They are a class act (as well as the rest of the staff) and the food is absolutely spectacular. My partner and I have returned to the establishment twice in the past two weeks and every time the service and food were outstanding. We give the Neighborhood Italian Kitchen our highest recommendation and feel fortunate such a stellar restaurant is located in our little community. If you go here for a great time, you won't be disappointed.

I have been very pleased with all of my experiences here. Food is fantastic. The Aaron arancini is my favorite. Come hungry because you will leave full!
